Slovakia Ring to host third round of F4 CEZ championship certified by FIA

The third round of the new F4 CEZ Championship certified by FIA will take place this coming weekend at Slovakia Ring. Reno Francot will arrive at the fast and technical track as the leader in the standings.

Reno Francot and Ethan Ischer from Jenzer Motorsport team currently hold the top two positions in the table. Although Francot is still waiting for a victory, his two second and two third-place finishes in the previous races have earned him 66 points and the championship lead. In contrast, Ischer, after two dominant wins in Hungary, collected only ten points in Austria and is now six points behind Francot. Jenzer Motorsport will once again field a third car for Mathias Bjerre Jakobsen, who finished fifth and third in his debut on the Red Bull Ring.

The easily recognizable yellow and black single-seaters of Renauer Motorsport will also be present at Slovakia Ring. They will be driven by Niko Tylor, who is currently fourth overall, and Jiří Šafránek, who is seventh.

In the standings, the fifth-placed Michael Sauter from the Swiss family team Sauter Engineering + Design had some bad luck in Austria and will undoubtedly want to get back in the fight for podium positions.

Experienced team Gender Racing will arrive from Hungary with Oliver Michel, who currently holds sixth place. Young kart racer Miroslav Mikeš, who made his debut on the Red Bull Ring, will also start for SAPE Motorsport in Slovakia.

The first race will take place on Saturday, June 10th, at 10:50. The start of the second race is scheduled for 18:00 on the same day.
