Jenzer Motorsport fields third formula 4 for Mathias Bjerre Jakobsen.

Jenzer Motorsport has added a third Formula 4 car to the entry list for the upcoming round of the ACCR Czech Formula at Red Bull Ring. Young Mathias Bjerre Jakobsen will be racing alongside Reno Francot and Ethan Ischer, the winner of the Hungaroring races.

Mathias Bjerre Jakobsen, a 16-year-old from Copenhagen, is driving his first season in a formula racing car in 2023 after many successful years in karting. He started his karting career at the age of 10 in 2016 in the mini category and competed in the Swedish Kart Championship, the German Kart Championship, the Trofeo Margutti, and the WSK Euro Series. In 2022, he achieved 2nd place in the DD2 category in the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy.

In 2023, he is competing in the Danish F4 Championship, where he recorded a 2nd place finish at the first race weekend. Mathias Bjerre now wants to gain more experience by also competing in the F4 ACCR championship with Jenzer Motorsport.
