Jedlinski already became GT sprint champion

The Slovakiaring round decided about a new champion of GT sprint. Marcin Jedlinski secured title in this classification already one round to the end of the season.

The 2021 season will culminate during the first weekend of September at Automotodrom Brno. There are several classifications where we still don´t know who will achieve the championship title. But in GT sprint classification, it´s already decided. Marcin Jedlinski secured the title in this standings already during the penultimate round at Slovakiaring.

He leads by 25 points ahead of second Gregor Zsigo now. Zsigo can score 25 points and equalize Jedlinski under certain circumstances in Brno but amount of victories would be key aspect in such a case and Zsigo can´t exceed or equalize Jedlinski in this aspect.

More titles are within reach of Jedlinski

At the moment, Jedlinski has the assurance of GT sprint title. But he can achieve more titles during last round of the season. He is in very good position also within GT3 sprint. He leads by 24.5 points ahead of Zsigo there. In addition, he still has a chance to become a champion of GT Endurance and GT3 Endurance. But his position isn´t as good as in GT sprint and GT3 sprint in these cases. In GT Endurance, he is third by 20 points behind first Zsigo and by five points behind second Waszek. In GT3 Endurance, he is second and his loss to first Zsigo is seven points.
