The second weekend of April marks the start of the new ESET Cup season at Oschersleben. Two KTM X-Bow GTX cars will appear in the starting list, one in the colours of the Brno-based RTR Projects team, the other from the Janík Motorsport team from Šternberk.
RTR projects has filled the entry for the KTM X-Bow GTX in the opening race of the ESET Cup in Oschersleben. Behind the wheel will be Petr Lisa, who started his career on simulators and then became a professional racing driver.
“The GTX is the ideal car to enter the world of fast cars and we intend to open up to a wide range of drivers who want to take a step forward while keeping costs reasonable,” said RTR Projects team owner Tomas Miniberger about the KTM X-Box GTX.
Václav Janík, owner of the Janík Motorsport team, will be Peter Lisa´s direct competitor. After a successful 2022 season in TCR Eastern Europe, Janik will move behind the wheel of the KTM that the team acquired from RTR projects.
